And so it was too for the Carnival in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where the organisers wanted to recognise the importance of their work in energising and transmitting the spirit of the Carnival celebrations, by granting them the honour of being in charge of the opening proclamation. She did it with the show entitled \u201cIt\u2019s outrageous\u201d, sponsored by MOW hotels, with a design by Nancy Henr\u00edquez Gonz\u00e1lez, and she achieved the prize exactly ten years after competing for the first time: her first attempt, in 2014, didn\u2019t reach the classifying round, and in 2019 she got through the pre-selection. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hum of the presentation of her fable in the classifying stage must have been convincing because even before her number began, the ovation made itself heard in the Bel\u00e9n Mar\u00eda venue, to the extent that the other contenders chanted her alias right before the name of the 2024 Drag Queen was revealed. They also won first prize in this category in 2015, 2017 and 2020. In 2024, the 97 members directed by \u201cPitu\u201d Rub\u00e9n Santana, took the prize again, with an energetic staging and their two songs: \u201cBien com\u00fan\u201d and \u201cSopita y pon\u201d.
