Children’s Parade

There are multiple events for children in the Carnival programme, dotted around the schedule, encouraging the little ones to enjoy the celebrations. One of the most highly anticipated is the Children’s Parade, with a score of floats following a route presided over by the Queen or King of the Junior Throne, alongside four Dames and Knights of Honour. Junior Murga and Comparsa groups also form part of the retinue. An unforgettable experience for the little Carnival-goers to live through, filling the city with colour, and bringing thousands of families out onto the streets.
