Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Carnival has an extensive children’s programme.

The kids’ gala, designed especially for the little ones, includes performances from “comparsas” (carnival stage shows), “murgas” (carnival street bands) and groups to suit its audience.

The selection of the Junior Queen or Junior King is one of the most charming events in the carnival festivities.
